Dr Dalvi Memorial Hospital & Research Center Trust was established in 1953 in the loving memory of Dr. Bal Pandurang Dalvi who has served the sick people belonging to poor and deprived class throughout his life.

Health care services are provided at the Hospital through various medical departments such as Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, Pediatrics Department, Pathology, Medicine and Cardiology Department, etc. and through regular camps in the villages around the city.

Ambulance service is provided at a nominal costs. Trust also run a nursing training institute.
